Meet Kimber Fulton, REALTOR®
Buying your first home is a big deal, and I want you to feel confident every step of the way.
I've been a licensed real estate agent in Georgia since 2009. I help buyers and sellers in Savannah, Pooler and Richmond Hill. My passion is working with first-time home buyers. I love teaching them how the process works, so they can make smart, confident choices about their first home. I love getting to know my clients and being part of such an important moment in their lives.
My husband and I moved to Savannah from Charleston, SC, in 2006 when his job brought us here. I transferred with DHL Global Forwarding, where I worked in international shipping. I'm still a Licensed Customs Broker. When DHL closed its Savannah office, I followed in my mother's footsteps. She was a REALTOR® in Florida.
Good communication is very important to me. Clear, fast answers can turn a stressful move into a confident one. You'll always know what's happening and what comes next.
How I work
What working with me looks like
- I explain every step in plain, simple words, so you can make smart, confident decisions.
- I keep you updated. You will never have to wonder what is happening with your home.
- I will tell you when a house is not right for you, even if that means we keep looking.
- I pay attention to the little details. Years as a Licensed Customs Broker taught me that small things matter.
- I connect you with trusted local pros, like lenders, inspectors and insurance agents, when you need them.
- Wir sprechen Deutsch. I am happy to help German-speaking buyers and sellers.
